Our main products include plastic injection molds, medical part molds, IML/IMD, 2K injection molds, silicone rubber molds, die casting, prototypes, CNC milling, and CNC turning. We support file formats such as Solidworks, Pro/Engineer, Auto CAD, PDF, and JPG, and can also work with physical samples.
We work with a variety of plastic materials including HIPS ABS, PC, PP, PS, POM, PMMA, PE, AS, PPSN, PBT, PA66, PC/ABS, and more. Our molds have a lead time of 20-35 days, depending on the size and structure of the product, while bulk production lead time is 25-30 days, also depending on the product's size and structure. The weight range of our products spans from 1g to 5000g.
Our molds are precise, with a tolerance of +/-0.01mm, and have a lifespan of 300k-500k shots, with free updates for worn molds. We offer both single cavity and multi-cavity molds, and support hot runner and cold runner systems. Our equipment includes tooling development machinery such as Swiss Mikron High Efficiency Machining Center, Swiss Mikron High Speed CNC Machining Center, Japan Makino CNC Milling Machining Center, Taiwan Well Head CNC Machining Center, Swiss Charmilles EDM Machining Center, and Japan Makino EDGE 3S Sinker EDM. For component finishing, we have machinery like Henghui Sing & Bio-Padding Machine and a 100,000 Grade Oil Spraying Line. Our injection machinery includes TOYO Fully Electric Injection Molding Machine Si-Five, YIZUMI Injection Machine, DONGHUA Injection Machine, HAITIAN Machinery, SUMITOMO Injection Machine, and HAITIAN Double Molding Machine. We choose the appropriate injection machine model based on product precision, ranging from 80T to 1200T.
Surface treatments we offer include polishing, painting, chroming, anodizing, brushing, silk screening, water transfering, laser cutting, leather covering, texturing, sandblasting, gilding, UV painting, and more. We can produce colors such as white, black, red, blue, etc., based on customer requirements.
Before shipping, all products undergo a 100% inspection by our QC and QA teams.
